The Spineway Group, a specialist in innovative implants for the treatment of severe spine disorders, announces that the Board of Directors of Spineway (the “Company”) decided at its meeting of December 4, 2024, acting on a delegation of authority granted by the Combined General Meeting of March 25, 2024, under the terms of its twenty-third resolution, to carry out a capital reduction motivated by losses through a reduction in the par value of its shares.

Through practical sessions in the operating room and on anatomical specimens in the laboratory, this intensive program trained over 20 international surgeons in the use of the Group’s ESP cervical and lumbar prostheses. As a result, ninemonth revenue was €9.1 million, an increase of 21% on 2023.

Spineway, a specialist in innovative implants for the treatment of severe spinal pathologies, continues its organic growth (without scope effect) and achieves a turnover of €6.5 million for the first half of 2024, up 20% compared to S1 2023. The gross margin remains at a normative level of 69%, stable compared to the end of 2023 and in line with the Group's forecasts.
