2024 revenue of €12 million 14% growth compared with 2023

This acceleration benefited from the successful integration of the Distimp and Spine Innovations acquisitions, which have strengthened the Group’s premium ranges and boosted sales in this segment.

Continued organic growth Nine-month 2024 revenue of €9.1 million (+21%)

The Spineway Group, a specialist in innovative implants for the treatment of severe spine disorders, recorded an excellent third quarter in 2024, with revenue of €2.6 million, representing purely organic growth (excluding change in the scope of consolidation) of 24% compared with the previous year. As a result, ninemonth revenue was €9.1 million, an increase of 21% on 2023.

Half-year results 2024

Spineway, a specialist in innovative implants for the treatment of severe spinal pathologies, continues its organic growth (without scope effect) and achieves a turnover of €6.5 million for the first half of 2024, up 20% compared to S1 2023. The gross margin remains at a normative level of 69%, stable compared to the end of 2023 and in line with the Group's forecasts.
