Implants material: titanium alloy (ISO 5832-3) or CoCrMo alloy (ISO 5832-12).

The mont blanc baby system is intended to provide immobilization and stabilization of spinal segments in skeletally immature patients as an adjunct to fusion in the treatment of acute and chronic instabilities or deformities of the thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine.
The mont blanc baby system is indicated for posterior, noncervical pedicle fixation and nonpedicle fixation for skeletally immature patients with potential for additional spinal growth from 2 to 11 years of age who require surgical treatment with a growing rod construct to obtain and maintain correction of severe, progressive, life-threatening, early-onset spinal deformities associated with thoracic insufficiency, including early-onset scoliosis (EOS).
